I am a mother of 3 based in Toulouse, France who has a passion for hand-smocking and all handmade stuff. My children have worn hand smocked rompers and dresses since they were babies. But I always found it very hard to find beautiful dresses and rompers to add to their collection. 

The boys have outgrown the rompers but luckily my daughter Chloé developed love and appreciation for hand-smocked dresses. She loves to wear the beautiful dresses all the time, not just for special occasions.  All the P'tis bouts collections are 100% handmade, 100% Cotton,  handsmocked by very talented hands and are machine washable.
