Thank you for shopping at P'tis bouts! Each one of the outfits is hand-made and hand-smocked by very talented hands. Each smocking is unique even if the dress pattern or model is the same, you will most probably have different type of smocking on each piece. P'tis bouts handles each outfit with care before it's being shipped to the client.
Please note that P'tis bouts currently does not offer a refund on any of the items. But we can offer:
Exchanging a non-sale item:
If you are not entirely happy with items purchased, providing the goods are in perfect condition we will gladly authorize an exchange once we receive the items back. To do an exchange, please send an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org within 15 days of receiving your order and include your invoice number and reason for your exchange request. Due to each piece being unique we do not guarantee to have the exact same piece but we could offer you a similar one with the same value. We will confirm the exchange and the address to ship your items to. You will be responsible for the cost of mailing the items back to us but we will offer you a free delivery on the replacement item.
Returning a damaged item:
We carefully check each item before shipping it to our clients but if you find that an item you have purchased online is damaged, please let us know as soon as possible. We would be happy to replace the item for you. Please send an email to email@example.com with a description of the damage, a photo and your invoice number.
